2. General Refund Policy

  • All course fees paid to Career Personality Grooming Academy are non-refundable by default.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered under specific circumstances as outlined below.
  • This policy applies irrespective of the mode of payment (online, offline, cash, card, UPI, or bank transfer).

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be provided only at the sole discretion of Academy management and only in the following situation:

  • If Career Personality Grooming Academy is unable to provide the classes or continue the course due to internal, administrative, or operational reasons.

In such cases, the Academy may offer:

  • A partial or full refund, or
  • An alternative batch, schedule, or course

The final decision shall rest entirely with the Academy management.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund shall be provided in any of the following cases:

  • The student does not attend classes or attends only partially
  • The student voluntarily withdraws or discontinues the course
  • Absence due to personal, medical, academic, or professional reasons
  • Schedule conflicts, relocation, or change of plans by the student
  • Dissatisfaction with teaching style, course content, trainers, or outcomes
  • Failure to meet attendance, assessment, or discipline requirements
  • Termination of enrollment due to misconduct or violation of Academy rules

5. Cancellation by Student

  • Course cancellation requests initiated by the student will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Cancellation must be communicated in writing, but acceptance of such communication does not imply refund approval.

6. Payment Gateway Charges

  • Any payment gateway charges, transaction fees, or bank deductions are non-refundable.
  • In approved refund cases, the refunded amount may be adjusted after deducting applicable charges.

7. Processing of Approved Refunds

  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment, where possible.
  • The Academy shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.

8. No Employment Guarantee

Refunds shall not be claimed or granted on the basis of:

  • Non-selection in interviews
  • Lack of placement offers
  • Salary expectations not being met

Career Personality Grooming Academy does not guarantee employment or placement outcomes.
